One of the most scenic locations in the Gulf Islands, Thetis Island lies between Vancouver Island and mainland British Columbia near Chemainus . An inviting marina, Telegraph Harbour is situated within a 2 ha (5 acres) park-like setting, giving visitors the chance to view local wildlife such as deer, eagles and otters, as well as spending the day beachcombing or enjoying a picnic. A five minute walk from the harbour will lead to Thetis Island Vineyards, located on a 4 ha (10 acres), south facing hill with views of the forest, Stuart Channel and Vancouver Island. The vineyard features an on-site winery store.
